Return Policy

It happens, sometimes things just don't work out. If you are not totally happy with your purchase from our site, a refund will be credited back to you in the original method of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).  A refund will be given for any item that is not visibly worn, damaged, and is returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please include the original invoice and order number with any returned items. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We cover the cost for exchanges. Our return policy only applies to our website-www.knottedpinetradingco.com.  If you have purchased an item from an authorized retailer and would like to return the product, please contact the original store/seller directly. Only regularly-priced items are eligible for a refund.  Note that ALL sales stating “FINAL SALE” or “ALL SALES FINAL” are offered at clearance prices and we are unable to refund clearance priced items.  This includes Black Friday and Semi-Annual Sale promotions.  Unfortunately no exceptions can be granted.

For all return or exchange requests, please email our Customer Care Department (customercare@knottedpinetradingco.com). Please include your order number, name, and request for either an exchange or refund. If you are exchanging merchandise, please indicate which products you would like to receive in return. All exchanged merchandise will be shipped via USPS within two weeks of your exchange request.

Note:  Credit card refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.
